Caring for your items

We want to embrace defects and wear in clothing; this represents love. so caring for your items post purchase is just as important as the work we put in to pick the right fabrics and cuts for you.

Therefore we want to do our bits in teaching you how to care for them to ensure they last a lifetime.

Canvas and Leather

Handle with care for longer product life.

  • Protect from direct light, heat and rain. Should your item become wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth
  • Fill shoe with tissue paper to help maintain the shape and absorb humidity.
  • Clean with a soft, dry cloth or brush

Clothing

Our suits, coats and jackets, including our vintage pieces, are made from all different materials. Generally due to the way these pieces have been structured and materials use, you are best dry cleaning them to ensure they stay in the structured shape designed.

Some cotton or wool pieces can be put on a delicate, low spin cycle.

Our reworked shirts all include added shoulder pads. Whilst the shirt itself can be cleaned on a normal cycle, the shoulder pads will require extra care so we do recommend dry cleaning.

If you do notice staining, you can wipe away with a damp cloth but it is recommended to dry clean as soon as possible.
