Refund policy

Atelier Ninety Five accept returns on selective items.

Returns

Sale items are not eligible for refunds. 

All accessories, including jewellery are not eligible for refunds.

Items must be returned and received by us within 14 days of you receiving your items. Any items sent and not received within the 14 days will not be returned. 

Items must be unworn, and in all original packaging.

Once received, returns can take up to 10-14 working days to be processed, once your return is complete you will be notified via email. Due to the nature of the business we cannot accept any returns after the 14 day period, please note before purchasing.

To request an exchange or return, please log into your account, select the order / item you would like to return and enter your reason why. Please fill this in honestly as it really helps us with future products. We value your feedback so much. 

We will then accept or deny your return. If accepted we will email you with the next steps to return your order to us.

GWP* a gift with purchase cannot, in any circumstance but exchanged for; a product, voucher or refunded and the item must be returned if the purchased item is also returned.
