The Edit

A little monthly edit from Atelier Ninety Five.

A round-up of everything we’re loving, talking about, saving and sending to each other right now.

The hotel we’re dreaming of checking into.
The book on our bedside table.
The film we can’t stop thinking about.
The restaurant we’re desperate to book.
The podcast we’re currently obsessed with.

A little bit of fashion, travel, food, art and culture basically, all the things inspiring the world of Atelier Ninety Five each month.

One hotel. One book. One film. One restaurant. One exhibition. One podcast.

Things we love, that we think you might love too.

Welcome to The Edit.

One Hotel: Hotel Corazón, Mallorca

WOW. This place.

Tucked high in Mallorca’s Tramuntana mountains, between Deià and Sóller, Hotel Corazón feels like the kind of place you check into and immediately never want to leave.

Created by British fashion photographer Kate Bellm and her partner, it’s part hotel, part creative hideaway and completely beautiful. Think sun-soaked terracotta, incredible mountain views, art everywhere and that effortless Mallorcan feeling we’re forever trying to bottle up.

Everything seems to happen on the terrace long breakfasts, lazy lunches, dinner and sunset drinks overlooking the canyon. Our spot? One of the cushioned benches right at the edge as the sun goes down. Heaven.

And the food is just as dreamy. Their farm is literally steps from the kitchen, with much of the fresh produce on the menu grown right there.

Then there’s the art. Pieces are dotted throughout the hotel alongside photographs from Kate’s own archive, giving the whole place a really personal, creative energy.

Made by artists, for artists and very firmly on our Mallorca wish list.

Atelier tip: come for the views, stay for sunset drinks on the terrace.

One Book: Manifest by Roxie Nafousi

For when you need a little reset.

Manifest by Roxie Nafousi is one of those books that makes you want to get your life together, dream a little bigger and actually start doing something about it.

It’s all about getting clear on what you want, believing it’s possible and, most importantly, taking the steps to make it happen. Think vision boards, self-belief, gratitude, boundaries and becoming the version of yourself you want to be without it feeling too complicated.

The perfect book to dip back into whenever you’re feeling a little stuck, uninspired or just need a reminder to get excited about where you’re going.

Big dreams, good energy and a little delusion never hurt anyone.

Atelier tip: read with a notebook nearby you’ll want to start making lists.

One Series: Surface, Apple TV+

Okay, we cheated slightly… not a film, but this one had to make The Edit.

Surface is the kind of series you put on for one episode and suddenly realise it’s way past your bedtime.

Set against a seriously beautiful San Francisco backdrop, it follows Sophie as she tries to piece together her life after losing her memory. Secrets, complicated relationships, twists and lots of “wait… WHAT?” moments.

It’s dark, glossy and mysterious, with incredible fashion, interiors and locations thrown in too. Basically, exactly the kind of series we love getting lost in.

Addictive, stylish and very bingeable.

Atelier tip: don’t Google anything before watching. The less you know, the better.

One Restaurant: Stow, Manchester

One of our favourite Manchester finds right now.

Stow is tucked away on Bridge Street and is all about good food, good wine and seriously good vibes.

Everything is cooked over an open fire using wood and locally made charcoal, with the menu changing with the seasons. Think incredible sharing plates, beautifully cooked meat and fish, fresh seasonal veg and the kind of dishes you’re still talking about the next day.

It’s intimate, cosy and a little bit moody, with a cocktail bar at the front and the open kitchen tucked away behind. If you can, grab a seat at the counter so you can watch everything being cooked right in front of you.

The perfect spot for date night, dinner with the girls or when you just fancy going somewhere that feels a little bit special.

Atelier tip: book the counter and definitely leave room for the chocolate cremeux

One Podcast: Aspire with Emma Grede

Our current go to when we need a little motivation.

Aspire is hosted by Emma Grede, and if you love hearing the real stories behind successful women and the businesses they’ve built, this one is for you.

The episode with Krissy Cela is a particular favourite. We loved hearing about her journey, the reality of building a business and what it takes to keep pushing yourself when you have big ambitions.

It’s honest, inspiring and full of those little moments that make you want to get up and do something.

Basically, a little dose of motivation in your headphones.

Atelier tip: save this one for your morning walk or commute when you need some main character energy.
